Privacy Statement

Yabber does not collect any data on users*.  We do not store creditcard numbers or any other financial details.  We will not pass your email address onto any third parties without your express permission.

*Information supplied voluntarily during the registration process when creating an account may be stored on the Jabber server, and may be made public.  The public and private Jabbers servers are not run by, or affiliated with, Yabber.  Please check with your Jabber server administrator for a complete privacy statement before signing up with a service. 

License Agreement

Yabber is freeware and may be used for any purpose without royalty.  However, you may not sell Yabber or distribute it with commercial software without our written permission

The makers of Yabber are not responsible for any damage the software may cause to your machine.
